It is well tolerated at therapeutic levels and has a wide margin of safety. It is indicated for the treatment of mature and immature parasites and in particular Gastro Intestinal roundworms: Bunostomum Chabertia Cooperia Haemonchus Nematodirus Oesophagostomum Ostertagia Strongyloides and Trichostrongylus spp.; Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus and D. filaria; Tapeworms: Moniezia expansa; Adult Liver Flukes: Fasciola hepatica. It contain 10 % w-v Triclabendazole. 1 L 2.5 L more>> 61a Vermofas Drench Vermofas is a combination of Levamisole and Oxyclozanide giving it excellent efficacy against lung-worms and gastro intestinal round worms but also removing practically all adult flukes (Fasciola spp.) in the bile duct of the liver. Oxyclozanide has a relatively quick elimination which makes it suitable for the treatment of lactating cattle sheep and goats which are normally contra-indicated in other flukacidal products.
