Each 9 g syringe contains; Cephalexin BP equivalent to 500 mg of Anhydrous Cephalexin and Dihydrostreptomycin Sulphate BP equivalent to 500 mg of Dihydrostreptomycin. This product is particularly indicated in the treatment of sub-clinical mastitis. The unique base means that following infusion Cloxacillin diffuses rapidly through the udder pyrenchyma and levels in blood plasma increase to a peak between 2 and 8 hours.
