A synergistic combination of a Sulpha Drug with Trimethoprim which gives levels of activity many times greater than either drug used in isolation. Maximum potentiation is achieved by the use of Sulfadoxine which has a longer pharmacological half-life than most other commonly used sulphonamides. The product is effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative infections of the uro-genital gastrointestinal or respiratory tract and also in the treatment of skin infections. Each ml contains Trimethoprim BP 40mg - Sulfadoxine BP 200mg.
Indications
Cattle & Sheep by i-m or slow i-v injection. Pigs by i-m injection Horses or Dogs by slow i-v injection 1 ml - 16 Kg
