Albendazole is a total spectrum wormer being unique amongst Benzimidazoles in its additional efficacy against fasciola at increased dosage rates. It is well tolerated at therapeutic levels and has a wide margin of safety. It is indicated for the treatment of mature and immature parasites and in particular Gastro Intestinal roundworms: Bunostomum Chabertia Cooperia Haemonchus Nematodirus Oesophagostomum Ostertagia Strongyloides and Trichostrongylus spp.; Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus and D. filaria; Tapeworms: Moniezia expansa; Adult Liver Flukes: Fasciola hepatica. Each ml contains 25 mg Albendazole.
