A sterile solution containing Calcium Borogluconate 23 % w-v Dextrose Monohydrate 25 % w-v Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 4.5 % w-v Sodium Hypophosphite 3.43 % w-v Potassium Chloride 0.2 % w-v. It is indicated in the treatment of Hypocalcemia intoxication grass tetany and secondary ketosis. Cal Mag-K should be used where conditions are complicated by a marginal or deficient level of potassium.
Indications
Intravenously or intra-peritoneally in cattle sheep and swine intravenously only in horses. Administer slowly by i-v route. Dosage: Cattle & Horses 250 ml to 500 ml. Sheep & Swine 50 ml to 125 ml
